Martha Pinon

Real Estate Broker

Martha Piñon enjoys helping people create wealth through homeownership and investments, and her clients represent a diverse group of buyers, sellers, and investors. A native of Los Angeles, Martha’s insights can put local tour guides out of business as she highlights neighborhoods and properties that appeal to her buyers’ and investors’ short- and long-term goals. As for her sellers, Martha’s progressive marketing techniques transform their homes into showstoppers that command top dollar.

Martha launched her real estate career in 1996 during a strong market for real estate-owned (REO) properties. She began as an REO assistant to her aunt — one of Martha’s many mentors — and emerged as a consistent top producer. Martha earned her agent license in 1999 and has been a licensed broker since 2007. She’s earned a steady stream of credentials to meet the industry’s growing demand for tech-savvy agents, including social media and email marketing certifications and the National Association of Realtors® e-PRO® designation. Martha is also a former chapter president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and she understands the needs new agents face from her prior experience as a branch manager, trainer, and recruiter at the largest franchise of a major brokerage firm.

A single mother for many years, Martha’s determination to become a successful entrepreneur for her children’s sake has paid off; her three boys have all grown into respectable, hardworking young men, and she couldn’t be prouder of them. Operating on a spiritual mentality professionally and personally, Martha volunteers for Palmdale Vineyard Church and as social media director for Business Women of God, which assists women with spiritually-based business goals. Since her diagnosis with thyroid eye disease in 2018, Martha has taken to social media to share her story in the hopes of helping others cope with the disease. But it’s not all work and no play for Martha; she finds time to enjoy sports, cooking, traveling, and a host of outdoor activities, including camping.
