About Jorge Alberto
Jorge “George” Alberto Aguilar began his financial services career at Great Western Bank as a Mortgage Service Representative, building a strong foundation in client service and financial operations. Shortly after, Washington Mutual acquired the bank, and George advanced into a leadership role, spending ten years as a Mortgage Call Center Manager and Leadership Instructor. There, he developed teams, improved operational efficiency, and ensured clients received knowledgeable, solution-focused guidance. He later joined Countrywide Home Loans, where he shifted his focus to loan servicing and rose to become Vice President of Learning and Development. Following the acquisition by Bank of America, George continued in the same executive capacity, leading training and development initiatives until 2013.
In 2013, George transitioned from corporate leadership into loan origination, bringing his deep operational expertise directly to clients as a Mortgage Advisor. His background in servicing, and compliance gives his borrowers and referral partners a strategic advantage throughout the loan process.
In 2025, committed to continued growth and delivering even greater value, George earned his real estate license—becoming a true “multi-service agent.” Today, he helps clients buy, sell, and refinance real estate with a comprehensive understanding of both the financing and transaction sides of the business.
With decades of industry experience, George is known for his ability to guide clients confidently from application to closing—and now from listing appointment to final keys in hand.
